About – Kisii University Nutrition and Dietetics Students Association (KUNDSA)

About – Kisii University Nutrition and Dietetics Students Association (KUNDSA)

Introduction

The Kisii University Nutrition and Dietetics Students Association (KUNDSA) was born out of the vision and determination of passionate Nutrition and Dietetics students who sought to create a platform for professional growth, networking, and innovation.

This ambitious idea was pioneered by Peter Njenga (President), Kassim Nyondo (Graduate), and Isaac Emase (Graduate), whose efforts were instrumental in bringing the association to life. On 14th March 2024, KUNDSA received official approval from the Dean of Students’ Office, marking the beginning of a vibrant, student-driven association.

Today, KUNDSA stands fully recognized among professional student organizations at Kisii University and proudly operates as a chapter of the Kenya Nutrition and Dietetics Students Association (KENDSA).
